Wonderful experience. Chance came out to assess the roof and walked around with me showing all his concerns. Did not feel like a sales pitch, he was very honest about the options, really seemed to care more than sell his product/ team. Their communication from that point onward was top notch. Jeff kept me in the loop about every detail and even asked about logistics like what entry way to keep open so that we could leave the house. Team showed up exactly when Jeff had said, and had the job done quickly and efficiently. Very little mess as they kept things clean and tidy. The whole crew seemed kind and would say hi if I passed by. Pricing also seemed fair for the quality of work, they overestimated the amount of plywood that would need to be replaced in the estimate, and credited us the overestimate, just very honest and personable people. Would recommend, and will be coming back for any future roofing needs.
