An Exceptional Experience with Freeman Exteriors

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Freeman Exteriors and the entire team who brought our extended patio vision to life!

From the very beginning, Dave, our Freeman Exteriors representative, was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, personable, easygoing, and genuinely listened to what my husband and I envisioned for our home. Dave took our ideas and turned them into a plan that included everything we wanted. He truly saw our vision and made it come to life.

Once we had the contract in hand and made our down payment, everything moved along just as promised. Our patio was completed last week, and we could not be happier with the finished product!

Jeff, the project manager, was outstanding. He was always on-site, keeping us informed about what was going to happen and when. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project, which is something you don’t always find with companies today. Jeff made sure everything was going according to plan and, most importantly, that we were satisfied with the outcome.

I also want to recognize all of the contractors who worked so hard on our project. Jorgensen Electric, Rich and his staff did an amazing job installing our lighting. Those lights went up in no time! They were professional, courteous, and truly customer-oriented.

Austin and CJ did a fabulous job installing the rails. Their attention to detail was impressive, and it was obvious that they took pride in their work. The roofers and cutters also did an excellent job. Everyone who came to our home treated the project with care and professionalism.

Our front arch also needed some loving care, and Jim was right on it. He wanted to make sure everything met both his standards and ours. Austin worked on the arch as well and even told us that if it wasn’t right or we needed him to come back for anything, just give him a call. That kind of commitment to customer satisfaction means so much.

Jeff and Jim would periodically come out to check on the work and make sure everything was progressing as planned. They didn’t just send people out and walk away—they stayed involved and made sure the job was being done properly.

And last but certainly not least, Seria, the receptionist, was always so kind, professional, and welcoming. She greeted us with a smile every time, and that warm customer service made a wonderful impression.

My husband and I truly cannot say enough good things about Freeman Exteriors. From Dave to Jeff, Jim, Seria, Austin, CJ, the electricians, roofers, cutters, and every person who played a part in our project—you all made this experience a great one.

Our patio is beautiful, but what stands out just as much is the care, pride, communication, and teamwork that went into creating it.

An effortless experience from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I was nervous working with the insurance company, but Hayden was very helpful explaining the process to me. Freeman Exteriors did an awesome job siding my house. I had previously hired a company that I had to fire because they were slow and incompetent. Freeman took over the job and had the whole house and garage properly sided in 3 days and that’s with bad weather.
