We had an old french window removed and replaced with a new double hung window. From the initial consult with Hayden and Jim to the installation everyone was friendly and professional throughout the process. Cody and his buddy(sorry, don't remember his name) did a great job, were very courteous, cleaned up their mess and when they left you would have never known they were here, except for a much nicer window. Highly recommend!

Freeman Exteriors and Chance were great! My parents wanted a complete tear off and new shingle of their house and an added shingle layer to their garage. Chance listened to their needs and concerns. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring about how the process was going to happen. Came inside with a detailed appraisal that he went through with them. Chance kept in touch with them several times while waiting for the appointment date. The crew came out, everything happened exactly as Chance said it would. They were very organized and on task. They were considerate about the property and took extra steps to clean up debris. The whole experience was outstanding and impressive to watch!I will refer them to everyone I know.Great job guys!!

Called several local contractors and Freeman was the only one to call and schedule an estimate appointment…. Jim Reichert showed up on time and got me an estimate for a total siding, fascia and soffit replacement. The crew showed up on time, worked very hard until dark every night and the entire job was done in a timely manner on budget! House looks great can’t recommend Freeman Exteriors enough. Would definitely contract them again!!

Chance was very nice to work with although the crew that did the work on our deck and dock did a horrible job. The seating does not match each other, even after doing it twice, the boards do not line up against each other, they even used some of our old wood to complete the table. The dock was so unstable that my husband spent the weekend redoing it to make it more stable. Just not very happy with the overall job for the price.

We had Freeman do a tear-off and replace of our house roof a couple weeks ago. I would recommend them to anyone. Their communication from initial contact to project completion could not have been any better and the new roof looks great. I went with Freeman after dealing with two other contractors that were recommended to me, neither of which ever bothered to give me a quote. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Helped me out when I was in a jam. A fly by night company (Salis Roofing) replaced siding and roof. When Salis cut through sheeting to install the ridge cap they did not set their saw depth for cutting through the sheeting. They cut over an inch down into my rafters instead of setting the saw depth properly to 1/2". This caused a wavy appearance. Not good for resale. The friendly guys at Freeman happily corrected the mistakes made by the Salis Roofing company. When you deal with Freeman rest assured you are dealing with professionals. Thanks for helping me out. I wish I would have found Freeman before all the trouble from the out-of-state company.

I am not even sure where to begin. Freeman's was suggested to us to do a roof replacement. We were happy from the first meeting until the end of the project. Dave was so awesome to work with, and he kept us updated throughout the process. He provided everything we needed for the insurance company, and made the entire process so easy on us. They did everything as promised, and in the timeframe they promised. I will be honest my last two experiences with home improvement companies left me disheartened about customer service and keeping your promise, but Dave and Freeman's went above and beyond and everything went well. I have restored faith that if you find the right company (Freeman's) you will have faith again in customer service. Dave was our contact and he was awesome throughout the entire process, and explained everything to us. Their crew did AMAZING work and we are absolutely 100% satisfied with the roof. It looks amazing. Plus, their guarantee on their workmanship (yes their workmanship, not just the roofing) really gives you peace of mind. I had never come across a company that gave such a great guarantee on their workmanship. I will definitely be using them again for any of our home repair needs. What an efficient and hardworking roofing team they have. I have a 2400 sqft ranch house and needed my roof replaced. I called Freeman because they were highly recommended by my friends. Hired them to replace our roof and gutters after hail damage. They did an EXCELLENT job! Our only issue (which was quickly taken care of) was that they left quite a bit of scraps and brackets and things in the yard around the house. But I emailed asking them to come back by next time they were in the area and they IMMEDIATELY came and walked around the house numerous times and picked everything up.Very satisfied and we will use them again! I live in Oregon, and I have a brother-in-law that lives in Catlin, Illinois. His roof had a leak around the stink pipe and water started dripping from the ceiling in his bathroom. I called Freeman and got with Chance who got over and did an estimate, plus put some caulking around the faulty boot flashing to temporarily stop the leak until weather could allow them to repair (it was freezing rain and snow at the time). My brother-in-law has autism and people plus noise makes him very nervous. Freeman Exteriors went out of their way to not only repair, but accommodate my brother-in-laws needs to make it easier for him to deal with people and noise. Chance and the workers stayed in constant contact with me via texting and calling my phone so I could keep my brother-in-laws contact with the workers minimal.When Freeman started the ceiling repair, they discovered that an exhaust pipe wasn't even connected. Knowing I was helpless 2000 miles away, they called to ask if it was ok to repair that as well, which I agreed totally. They didn't even charge me extra for reconnecting the pipe.I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the professionalism and extra empathy towards my brother-in-laws condition. The job was done quickly and my brother-in-law is very happy with the workers.You can't go wrong with Freeman Exteriors. Period.

Had a new roof installed 2 1/2-3 years ago by another roofing contractor, when I tried to contact the original contractor to take care of a leak that developed, they refused to stand behind their work. I asked around and was told to contact Freeman's, they sent someone out to check the situation and give an estimate. After crawling through my attic to find the source of the leak, Chance quickly addressed the problem and repaired the problem. Outstanding service and props to Freeman's for stepping up to the plate when the original contractor failed to make it right.

I contacted Hayden to ask if he could come find where I’m having water enter my house. He responded quickly, came out Tuesday and found where it’s most likely coming in. He also offered to come back and seal the areas for me a couple days later (Thursday, today). It’s hard to find a contractor who not only communicates but keeps their word. There salesman Jim came out and did a thorough inspection of roof and pointed out all issues that were in need of repair.It was time for a new roof.Jim showed us samples of all materials that they used and how they were used.we also had aluminum fascil installed and new gutters.they did a fantastic job on our house it looks great.The house is so much warmer.There crews are top notch and very professional,they cleaned up after there work.we will definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a new roof

I would highly recommend Freeman. They are going to treat you like one of the family and are completely honest. When calling them, ask for Andrew Hager he is the best and very knowledgeable. He will make sure you are completely taken care of from start to finish!

We had a severely damaged portion of our roof with multiple layers of shingles. Brett came out, did an inspection for us, was able to tell us exactly what was going on and what we needed to do in order to get things fixed.We ended up doing insulation, sheeting, shingles, ridge vent, gutter guards and a couple bathroom exhaust fans.In all the work we’ve had done at our house, Freeman was the easiest to work with and went above and beyond expectations!

I actually met Brett from Freeman while he was in vacation. He was in my establishment and noticed I had a leak. He actually got on my roof and repaired it. He then worked with my insurance from his home and found a contractor to work with me. He didn't have to do any of that. He was a very nice man that genuinely cared. I would highly recommend Brett.

Brett Taflinger was very professional and thorough in his estimate.. He was the only contractor that went into the attic to view the roof from the inside. He described in detail the products they would use and explained their warranty and the quality of the products that they used. I have used them in the past and they are very good any follow up repairs if needed. Their promptness, punctuality ,and professionalism, is 2nd to none I highly recommend them for any projects you need done.

We contacted Brett from Freeman Exteriors for our bank locations after a hail storm. Great work, both quick and efficient. When it was decided to build a new bank it was no question who we would call. Brett worked with the general contractor and made sure that the work was done correctly and on time. The roof was a very large commercial project and it went very well. It looks beautiful on the new bank. I always call Brett for any questions about any projects whether commercial or personal and if he can’t help me, he always connects me to someone that can.

I called freeman to come and give.me an estimate on my roof. Jim and Hayden came out and blew my mind. I have never been on my roof, and they came down with pictures and showed me the problems I was having. I had nointentions of having my roof replaced at this moment, but they mad either to where I could afford it with financing and made me feel so much more comfortable knowing that it was going to be done. Definitely would have them do any work for.myself and family
