What Needed Repair: Roof, full siding, gutter and some fascia metal replacement.

Why was the job done: Bad work from a prior contractor on the siding. We came in and finished the job. The roof was damaged due to hail.
What we did: We removed 3 layers of old shingles and installed a new roof with Owens Corning Duration shingle (Onyx Black) we also installed new CertainTeed Mainstreet double 4 vinyl siding (White) New 5-inch gutters and new replacement of the rotten and damaged fascia boards and facia metal.
The new roof will provide a more energy efficient product for the home. It is also algae and hail resistant. The new vinyl siding provides a maintenance free product for the homeowner. (No rotting or re painting). 25-year warranty for the siding. 50-year warranty for the roof.
