What Needed Repair: Removal of all old, outdated wood shake roofing material and installation of brand new Brava synthetic cedar shake with new copper valleys.
Why was the job done: The home was damaged in a larger hailstorm that came through the area. We were able to work with his insurance to get the entire roof covered at no cost to the homeowner.
What we did: We removed all of the old, damaged wood shake, installed new copper valley metal and then installed a Brava synthetic cedar shake style shingle.
The new roof will provide a more energy efficient product for the home. It is also algae and hail resistant along with no maintenance. 50-year warranty for the roof.
