This project was completed in Lafayette, Indiana. The roof of this home was leaking when we were called to come out. When our estimator came out, he found that there was wind damage on the back of the home and also around the chimney flashing. We came in and removed 1 layers of shingles, replaced 5 sheets of OSB and re-shingled the home with Owens Corning Duration Brownwood shingles. Now the homeowners have the peace of mind of having an Algae resistant, transferable 50-year limited lifetime warranty shingle with 130 mile per hour wind rating. We also, ended up tearing out the old counter flashing around the chimney and custom bent our own counter flashing to specifically fit the homes chimney.
