What Needed Repair: Roof, Siding, window & door replacement
Why was the job done: Old and aging roof and siding
What we did: For this project, we completely tore off the roof and replaced it with Owens Corning Duration Shingles in the color Estate Gray. These shingles come with a 50-year warranty. The siding was also completely torn off and replaced with CertainTeed siding, which has a 20-year warranty. Additionally, we installed 10 new Pella windows, each with a 25-year warranty and 2 new Pella doors with 30-year warranties.
