What Needed Repair: Roof, full siding, windows, doors and gutters.
Why was the job done: The project was damaged during a hail and wind storm. We working with the home owner and their insurance company to get everything covered minus 4 windows that were not damaged that the homeowners wanted to get replaced.
What we did: We removed and replace the roof with asphalt Owens Corning Duration shingles, removed and replaced all vinyl siding, replaced the old outdated 14 windows with new Pella windows and a Pella door, some fascia and soffit replacement and new 5” gutters.
The new roof, siding and windows will provide a more energy efficient product for the home. The new vinyl siding provides a maintenance free product for the homeowner. (No rotting or re painting). 25-year warranty for the siding. 50-year warranty for the roof. 25-year warranty for the Pella windows and door.
