What we did: The old wood siding was removed and new CertainTeed Double 4 (White) vinyl siding was installed. New 5-inch gutters and new replacement of the rotten and damaged fascia boards. The new vinyl siding provides a maintenance free product for the homeowner. (No rotting or re painting). 25-year warranty
